This is one of my first attempts on 3d modelling. :| I'm actually very unexperienced on that kind of stuff, so it may be a little amateurish.
Since editing my first skins and playing around with game-editors i was extremely curious about 3d modelling, but never had the heart to do so. After reading tons of basic tutorials and exploring the program this was the result. I even made a little animation (the rendering of the complete sequence took ages! Didn't know it was that time-consuming rendering a whole animation until know)

It's kinda abstract, i love the glass material thingy! :XD: Tried to make it appear organic :O Oh, and I had a hard time to figure out how to make the contoure not so pixelerated, I know it has something to do with the antialiasing settings, but it doesn't work so well my way :(

click download for animation sequence!

prog used: Cinema 4D

that is very cool! But you need to sort out the anti aliasing.

Very nice! I've used C4D for two classes, and my first model ever wasn't as neat-looking as this one.

Thanks! :) literally it's not the first (it was some basic sphere, a ground and a light :D ), but the begining of lot's of hours of practice... :XD: i think C4D is great, but very complex because of all the animating and physics stuff :)
